I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location is absolutely breathtaking, with rooms offering fantastic views of the lake. Secondly, the staff were very helpful and always wore a smile, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast had a perfect view, and the variety of options, including vegetarian choices, ensured there was something for everyone.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

We stayed at the Surf Hotel Pier during our Honeymoon with our baby Lino (8 months). The staffs (Reception, Restaurant, Bar, Room Service) were extremely nice to all 3 of us. We felt home just when we arrived and we definitely will come back to this place!

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the beautiful Lake Garda. The hotel's location, right by the lake, provided stunning views from the rooms. Waking up to the sight of the calm water was truly refreshing. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered at this hotel was also delightful, with a perfect view overlooking the lake.

Perfect location for those who come to Garda for windsurfing - surf station is across the road, and hotel guests can launch from surf station pier with their own equipment for free. Lake view - we have a room with lake view and a terrase. Good breakfast: those sweet cakes were really delicious))

The hotel is located close to the lake and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. Rooms have sun terraces with lake views and marble floors in public areas. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of antipasti. the hotel is also situated near a tunnel, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The service is disappointing and staff show little interest in guests.

The main building is nice. The other building has apparently not been reconstructed since the 80's.

Excellent location , but horrible stuff. We got yelled at for canceling one night and they behaved very nasty but wind surf stuff were excelent

The hotel has amazing views of the lake and a sunny terrace outside the room. The staff are superb, very helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel serves an excellent table d'hôte meal with two options for pasta and primi platti and a huge buffet for the anti-pasti.

Couldn't fault this hotel. However, it's important to note that the location is tricky for parking and walking.

Poorly soundproofed rooms make it hard to sleep at night. the hotel was quite far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore the city and dine out at night.
